Clarke Quay is Singapore’s most prominent riverside attraction offering 280,000 ft2 of mixed-commercial space in the heart of the city.

Its two main walkways are fitted with a climate-control system of silent blowers and double-layer ETFE canopies designed to create the feel of a “Summer day” in London’s bustling Oxford Street.

Northcroft was appointed as the Quantity Surveyor for the development.
