Northcroft were involved with the fitting-out of the new headquarters of Clifford Chance in Canary Wharf.

The project involved the Category A & B fit-out of the 30+ storey office tower in the heart of Canary Wharf, including the provision of furniture, catering and IT installations.

Northcroft provided full Cost Management and Procurement Advisor role throughout the duration of the project, including Risk Management, Whole Life Costing, Value Engineering, Cost Management and Negotiation of tenant’s extras.
