Faro-Loule Stadium, Portugal

This project invovled the construction of a new stadium at Faro.

The complex included a new build stadium with a seating capacity of 30,000, car parking, helipad, corporate hospitality areas, restaurants, offices and training grounds.

The stadium is the home ground of two teams, Sporting Club Farense and Sport Club Louletano.
The stadium was constructed to play a major role in the Euro 2004 tournament.

Northcroft provided Project Co-ordination and Cost Consultancy services for the pre-contract activities.
