Distribution
Northcroft has been providing cost and project management services to the distribution industry, from small extensions of existing facilities to large dock cross distribution centres, servicing clients' needs effectively from our network of offices throughout the UK and mainland Europe.

Manufacturing
Northcroft provide cost and project management advice on a wide range of manufacturing facilities that range from the manufacture of food-stuffs to car and computer components. Although the facilities themselves are mostly ‘vessels’, each particular end use brings with it, its own set of challenges that Northcroft understand.

Pharmaceutical
Northcroft has been providing project and cost management services for construction in pharmaceuticals, from manufacturing plants to teaching facilities, from inception to handover.

We understand that pharmaceutical projects are different, posing unique challenges in the design, procurement, validation and construction phases. We understand the need for cGMP and validation along with the requirements of statutory bodies such as the FDA.

Our pharmaceutical team have specific industry knowledge ensuring greater understanding of the project requirements and so that we maintain and develop our capabilities in procuring complex facilities for clients in this and related industries.
